退费规定：
学校理事会受理学生提出的正当的退费申请。入学和退学程序都要符合新西兰法律规定。学生只有在课程开始前14天提出正式的书面申请才能获得全额退款。入学7天后，费用一般不会再退还。但在7天内提出申请，可以退还，包括注册费、代理费、但要扣除最多10%的费用。在你未到新西兰之前提出退学申请或你的签证被拒绝，学校将返还你的全部学费及家庭住宿费用。

2. 出勤率及行为表现
学校要求学生准时参加所有的课程，并且无论在学校还是在你住宿的家庭都要举止得当。如果你的行为对学校及其他学生构成威胁或伤害，你将被停课或被勒令退学。在这种情况下，你的学费不能被返还。如果你的课时出勤率达不到最低标准，并且没有校长的书面认可，我们将把此情况通知新西兰移民局。过低的出勤率将导致签证被吊销。

3. 学校的责任义务及学生的保险事宜
设菲尔德英语语言学校为提供你最大限度的支持与照顾。但学校对学生在校园内、寄宿家庭和学校出游等条件下受到的钱物损失、身体伤害等不负责任。进入设菲尔德英语语言学校学习就表明你已接受了我们的所有入学条款。所以我们强烈建议学生参加保险；我们可以提供相关的政策咨询。

退课当一个学生连续两周不参加某课程学习或正式提交书面申请，就可以退课了。学生报名参加某项课程后，可以随时提出退课申请。学生自主提出退课，经正式批准后，就可以被返还相应的学费了。如果学生在课程未开始前提出申请，学校返还全部费用。
