Complaints Policies and Procedures
Internal and External Complaints Procedure
We are sure that you will gain the maximum benefit from your training
with Sheffield English Language School and we welcome any opportunity
in which we can help to make your stay with us as enjoyable and
comfortable as possible. If you have any issues relating to your
level, class or tutor, first of all , discuss it with your tutor
and then if the matter cannot be resolved, please do not hesitate
to bring it to the attention of the management.
Complaints Procedure
- All complaints in the first instance should be brought to the
attention of the class tutor.
- If the tutor cannot resolve the issue then the matter should be
discussed with the
Director of Studies.
- If the Director of Studies is unable to settle the matter to your
satisfaction, the issue can then be taken to the Programme Committee,
the Management Committee and the Advisory Group. If a successful
conclusion to the issue still cannot be reached, then the matter
can be taken to the NZ Qualifications Authority or the International
Education Appeal Authority.
- NZQA can be contacted directly at PO Box 160 Wellington or by
telephone on 0800 QAHELP.
- The International Education Appeal Authority can be contacted
at the Ministry of Education on 04 4638000.
